Welcome to ICRRAI 2025 – International Conference of Reminiscent Research on Artificial Intelligence. By registering, submitting research, or participating (virtually or physically), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Registration & Payment

  • Registration must be completed through the official website icrrai.com with accurate details.

  • Participation will be confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable fee.

  • All fees are payable in the prescribed currency and through approved payment gateways.

  • Registration is strictly personal and non-transferable (except in case of approved substitution).

2. Participation & Access

  • Participants will receive digital or physical access credentials after confirmation.

  • Sharing login credentials or entry passes is prohibited. Any misuse may lead to cancellation of registration without refund.

  • The organizers reserve the right to change the schedule, speakers, or format if required.

3. Paper & Abstract Submissions

  • All submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere.

  • Plagiarism, falsification, or copyright infringement will result in immediate rejection.

  • The decision of the technical/review committee is final and binding.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Attendees must maintain a professional and respectful environment.

  • Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of ethical norms will lead to removal from the conference without refund.

  • Virtual participants are required to ensure stable internet and avoid sharing inappropriate content.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Authors retain copyright of their work. However, by submitting, you grant ICRRAI permission to publish accepted papers in proceedings or partner journals.

  • Presentation slides and recorded sessions may be used by the organizers for academic and promotional purposes.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • The organizers are not responsible for technical failures, travel delays, or any unforeseen issues beyond their control.

  • Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and equipment.

    In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), the event may be rescheduled, and registrations will be carried forward.
